Responsibilities
What you will be responsible for.
Washing up
Cleaning dishes, utensils, work surfaces and selected equipment.
Kitchen hygiene
Cleaning floors and back-of-house, sorting waste and using cleaning products safely.
Operational support
Restocking stations, moving supplies and helping the kitchen team.
